Pumpkin Pie for Corey's Birthday!

Okay, so I bombed with that last photo. Who knows how to turn pictures? I don't have a clue. For Corey's birthday I made "Libby's Famous Pumpkin Pie Recipe." My mom underlined and circled Makes 2 pies. She also wrote "excellent."

Ingredients:
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (29oz) Libby's Solid Pack Pumpkin
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
3 cups (2 12fl.-oz. cans) Carnation Evaporated Milk
2 9-inch unbaked pie crusts (deep dish - frozen)

Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie crusts. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake additional 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool; garnish, if desired, with whipped topping. Makes two 9-inch pies.

Score: 5 out of 5

**Corey loved it too!
